Promo Codes/Coupons/Discount Vouchers

Coupons should be redeemed within the limited time frame, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.

  • Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the promo codes/coupons/Discount vouchers.
  • Crochita reserves the right to cancel any promotional ‘Promo Code’ and the transaction in which they are used.

  • Product images are indicative in nature.
  • Actual product may slightly differ from the image.

 
Shipping and Handling

  • Crochita is offering shipping within India only. We deliver products within 3-7 business days.
  • Some orders, such as customized/personal orders, or pre-order items, may take longer.
  • We are continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we will notify of this delay immediately.
  • You will get a mail from our end once your order is shipped with the shipment details. 
  • In the event of an exchange, the shipping cost for the re-delivery would be Rs. 50.
  • In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of customer specific reasons like non-receipt of item, wrong name, address or contact number, the shipping charge for the re-delivery shall be claimed by the customer placing the order. In case you want to change any of these information after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible to change the details. Once the merchandise has been shipped, we will not be able to change any of this information.
  • The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Crochita reserves the right to confirm the validity of the information and any other details provided by the user at any point of time.
  • If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (Wholly or partly), Crochita has the right in its sole discretion to reject the order.
  • Delivery of orders would be done address specific not person specific.
  • Due to popularity or short interruption of supply, some items may be unavailable or out of stock. Some items may require self-assembly.
  • It may be necessary to make changes to product specifications. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time without notice.

 


Returns and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our priority. We at Crochita, values our customer the most to maintain a lasting bond of trust. Our products pass through strict inspection as regards to quality before we ship our products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have very liberal exchange and return policy.

 

  • We offer a 7 days return and exchange policy where the customer has 7 days from the date of delivery to return the order to us for a credit note or exchange. We do not provide refund.

 

  • The customers are requested not to accept the shipment if the main box is opened or tampered with.

 

  • In case the customer wants to return, she needs to inform us by sending us an email (info@crochita.com) mentioning the reason of returning the product. Please call our customer care (+91 9830280857) for any assistance.

 

  • Items purchased on Sale (Discounted price, using promo codes and coupons) are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

  • Please ensure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Items received must be unused, not damaged or worn condition. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. This would be subject to an internal check on receipt of the product and we shall process the credit within 2-3 working days of culmination of the internal check.

 

  • Photo proof is needed in cases of defective returns. Kindly notify us on info@crochita.com

 

  • In the event that there is a price difference, we would give you the opportunity to pay the excess amount at the time of re-delivery.

 

  • In cases of defective return, Crochita will provide a replacement item if in stock or credit note.

 

  • The Store credit can be redeemed in www.crochita.com within 6 months from the issue date and can be used only once, in one purchase.

 

  • In case the price of the product you want in exchange is lesser than the original product, we will give you store credit for the remaining amount.

 

  • Crochita reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice at its sole discretion. Should there be any dispute, Crochita’s decision will be final.
